How to find a surrogate mother
The task of our agency is to find the perfect surrogate mother for you and your unborn child. At ISA Fertility, we have assembled a team of professionals who share not only their experience, but also their warmth and care at all stages of this important journey.
1. Consultation
At the first consultation, we will determine the individual needs of your family. Together we will form a step-by-step program plan, which will begin with a perfectly matched surrogate mother
2. Choosing a surrogate mother
We provide you with a candidate for a surrogate mother, previously approved by a reproductive therapist and psychologist. You study the detailed questionnaire and approve the candidate.
3. Preparation of participants
At this stage, the surrogate mother again undergoes thorough medical and psychological examinations. Doctors, psychologists, a personal coordinator and lawyers work with both the surrogate mother and the future parents.
4. Embryo transfer
Embryo transfer is performed in a clinic of your choice. The pregnancy will be monitored by doctors from ISA Fertility partner clinics and a personal coordinator.
5. Pregnancy management
A personal coordinator accompanies the surrogate mother during all visits to the clinic, monitors the fulfillment of appointments, and provides you with research results, photo and video materials on a weekly basis.
6. Support for surrogate mothers
Each surrogate mother is provided with additional funds for good nutrition and clothing. We also arrange the delivery of drinking water and cleaning of her home, and the agency's psychologist monitors the emotional background of the pregnant woman.

8. Legal support

HOW DOES ISA CHECK A SURROGATE MOTHER?
After the agency's specialists approve thecandidate at the interview, doctors conduct examinations, tests and ultrasoundto confirm suitability for bearing a child (absence of pathologies, infections,any other problems). Next comes a conversation with a psychologist, duringwhich her psychological readiness for the program is established. Then thepsychologist meets with the surrogate mother and her spouse, if she is married.After this, the legal department collects all the necessary information aboutthe law-abidingness of the woman and her family. After this, additional medicalexaminations of the surrogate mother and her spouse are carried out.
HOW SOON WILL YOU FIND US A SUITABLE SURROGATE MOTHER?
Sometimes it may take a week, sometimes more. Usuallyat ISA we find a candidate who meets all the requirements within one month.
WHAT ARE THE GUARANTEES THAT THE SURROGATE MOTHER WILL GIVE US OUR CHILD?
This is probably the most common concern ofparents. A contract is signed with the surrogate mother, which specifies whenshe signs with our lawyer the full transfer of rights to the child to itsgenetic parents (immediately in the maternity hospital). She receives her feeafter this. Throughout the pregnancy, the psychologist closely monitors thewoman's condition, constantly reminds and makes sure that the surrogate motherunderstands that the child she is carrying has no biological connection withher. Surrogate mothers already have a family and their own children, for whosesake, as a rule, they plan to receive a fee.
